This was one of those pure doodles where it wasn't meant to look like anything specific. I just started drawing. I don't even know what either eye shape is meant to convey, but I definitely look at this and feel that mix of anxiety and existential dread that's been floating through my brain a lot lately.

That's a great exercise.
Have you ever tried doodle prompts? You can find them online occasionally, or you can just get someone to make you a squiggle. Then you use that as inspiration and make it into something.
